Hi im dying to get the band of brothers theme to automaticaly play on my website when people logon and was wondering what my options were? Is there by anychance a hidden plugin which plays the music in the background automaticaly or do I have to install an optional mp3 plugin for users to play themselves? Thanks

put the source code form [link] into a echo statement and put it into a plugin's e_module.php, or put it into a general e107-file like <e107-base>/e107_themes/templates/default-footer.php
IMPORTANT: dont make the MP3-file to large as it'll otherwise take ages to load

echo is a PHP statement, e.g.
echo "put your text here, do not use double quotes";

And it will stop and restart from the beginning on every page load.

open <e107-base>/e107_themes/<your-theme>/theme.php
somewhere you'll find $FOOTER='...some code....';
Insert this code somewhere in the code. best: directly after { SITEDISCALIMER }

DO NOT have background music on your site, give the option to play or not. Background music annoys so many people and makes them leave, especially if they cannot stop it.

HI I hope someone can help.

I have followed the information above, as I would like background music in my site. Unfortunately the site then seems to break and all I get is a white page. Please can someone let me know what I am doing wrong.

this is where i placed the code...

<div class='smalltext' style='text-align: center;'>{SITEDISCLAIMER}
<br />{THEMEDISCLAIMER}</div>

";
echo <BGSOUND SRC="your-file.mid" LOOP="false"> ;

Build a Frames page where as the top frame is only 1 pixel high and hide the frames border = 0. Put your music in the hidden frame.
Only way to do it as everytime you click a linki on the site. It refreshes the entire page.
