I downloaded ZoGo-Shop (with Digital DL) v1.14 and when I attempted to install, I got the following error:

An error has occurred, unable to un-archive the file PCLZIP extract error: 'PCLZIP_ERR_MISSING_FILE (-4)'

Can someone advise?

Thanks!

Try uploading it via FTP to the e107_plugins folder then installing it from your plugin admin interface.

Thanks for the quick reply, Spook.

I uploaded the zip file to the e107_plugins file as you suggested, but I'm unclear of how I install it from there. The plugin admin interface (e107_admin/plugin.php right?) just has a place to browse to upload (which failed) and then a list of installed and not installed plugins.

Am I looking in the right place or just missing something obvious?

extract the plugin zip file to your personal computer. Then use an FTP client to tranfer the plugin files to your server's e107_plugins/ directory. Then it will showup in your plugin manager's list of uninstalled plugins, and you can install it from there.
