I've unzipped several downloaded plugins downloaded from from this site, but the Plugin Manager does not display any of them to configure in the administrator section of e107.

Is there a fix for this somewhere ?

As long as you have put them into the e107_plugins folder it should see them

Check your folder permissions if you are a *nix user
