I want to translate e107 in Bulgarian, the whole core of e107 and included modules in the default installation archive.

The question is:
Where the hell is the global.php or something like that, in XOOPS in the language file we have global.php where I can set the charset to Windows-1251, where is this file in e107
I tryed this
Rename and upload English/ as Bulgarian/
Rename the English.php to Bulgarian.php
Change the lang and corelang to bg
and charset to Windows-1251, but this is not work

Can anyone answer me soon ?
